Chroma Lab is a shared showroom bringing together two paint brands. Each brand has its own display area, while sharing the same space and circulation. The challenge of a multi-brand showroom goes beyond simply bringing different brands under one roof. For the two paint brands, each needs its own independent entrance and display area, while the space still needs to feel like a cohesive whole rather than two separate showrooms. At the same time, as a space for product display, the showroom has another role to play: allowing people to truly see how the paints look and feel once they enter a space. Products can be seen and touched, giving the display a more tangible presence and a sense of real scale.
